Dustin is Axis trained and continues to expand his cutting and colouring techniques through further education. As well as working behind the chair, he is also an instructor at John Casablancas Institute, and an educator with Kevin Murphy. Dustin is also a 2011 Wella Trend Vision Canada Regional winner.
