Over the past 18 years, Zahra has always tried to be on top of the latest trends by participating in various hair shows in Vancouver, Los Angeles and New York Fashion Week. The shows also allowed her to indulge in her love for travel.

Zahra began as an apprentice and has worked hard to achieve success, and became a member of the Sebastian artistic team of Canada in 2002. Zahra was also very fortunate to have participated in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Zahra had the opportunity to style the hair of Sarah Maclaughan's dancers in the opening ceremonies and Michael Buble's dancers in the closing ceremonies.

Throughout her career Zahra has tried to provide one of a kind looks for everyone through hair and makeup. Zahra specializes in weddings and also enjoys working on photo shoots and fashion shows. Zahra is always looking for something inspirational. Zahra receives great satisfaction when teaching new cuts to aspiring students hoping that she has had some influence in their future success in the industry.
